This Large commercial Solar Food Dehydrator AirFlow 208 has 208 square feet of drying tray area, holding approximately 300 to 400 pounds of sliced fruit or purees. 100% solar food dehydrator, has heavy-duty construction but lightweight uses 6061 T6 aluminum structural ribs with stainless steel clamps (this structural frame will last a lifetime). Takes about 4 hours to assemble.
This unit comes with #2000 non-stick silicone liners, which keeps trays clean, so you don’t need to wash them as often, as a result this will conserve on water. A 12-foot tray tool is supplied, making it easy to load and unload trays in the solar warm air collector. A DC Brushless, ball bearing solar fan with 190 CFM total, circulates the solar hot air throughout the AirFlow dehydrator, drying produce evenly and quickly. In areas with more sun time, the more quickly the drying time.
(Note: the trays are black NSF approved heavy duty polypropylene trays, picture shows aluminum trays)
