This commercial grade food dehydrator AirFlow 1000 is designed to dry 1000 sq. ft. of product. Heavy duty construction, very energy-efficient, the AirFlow 1000 drying features makes this dehydrator one of the best in the industry. Ultimately the crops retain the highest quality, due to the optimum drying efficiency of the way our commercial grade AirFlow food dehydrator equipment works.

The standard model comes with a programmable electronic controller that controls the electric heating elements. Once the desired dehydrator temperature is reached in the drying chamber, the temperature controller will cycle the heating elements on and off, as a result conserve on energy and time. Stainless steal racks are removable and can be easily rolled in and out of the dryer, making it easy to load and unload the trays out of the dryer.

• 4″ of polyisocyanurate insulation foam in the floor, walls and ceiling.
• Heavy Duty Bio-mass burner, 200,000 BTU per hour
• 8) high temperature heavy duty circulation fans, 12,440 CFM of air gets circulated through the trays per minute
• 1) 2,000 CFM 2  speed fan (Vents the moist air outside the building) can be put in low, as products are almost dried to conserve energy
• 1) 2’ x 2’ washable inlet air filter (filters the air going into the dehydrator)
• 3) Heavy duty insulated doors
